Weird, creepy and just a tinge of messed up– like a potion in a witch's cauldron these elements fuse together to create the sound of Everything Everything. With many bewildering tracks across their 5 albums, including Get to Heaven, you may not love their music but you definitely won't forget it.

3) LAUNDRY DAY

Jensen McRae's music speaks to the very human feeling of needing someone to love. Themes of unrequited love, longing and the pain of giving someone all of yourself make McRae's music timeless and ethereal. Her deep, soulful voice speaks to something old and forgotten in the human psyche.

6) John Glacier

John Glacier's velvety voice and relaxed flow pair perfectly with the dreamy digital soundscapes she creates in collaboration with fellow Londoner Vegyn. Her introspective lyrics, which reflect on growing pains and heartaches, are soaked in hazy distortion and stand out against trippy, minimalistic beats. Having released her first album SHILOH: Lost for Words recently, Glacier is a stand out up-and-comer in the hip hop scene.

7) Spencer Sutherland

Equally comfortable on thumping dance tracks and painfully reminiscencing of failed loves, Spencer Sutherland has been under your nose for a while now. Kicking off his career on UK's The X Factor, Sutherland has released two EPs, "NONE of this has been about you" and "Indigo," also starring alongside Victoria Justice in the Netflix film "Afterlife of the Party," featuring on most of its music. With numerous singles and EPs over a variety of genres, there’s something for everyone in Spencer Sutherland’s discography.

8) Foxtails

Foxtails are so uniquely talented in the way they communicate raw emotions through their music. Describing themselves as ‘art-screamo,’ their heavy sound and powerful female vocals magnetize rock fans like moths to a flame. If you like The Smashing Pumpkins early music you should do yourself a favor and check out fawn.

9) Stop Light Observations

Blending their sound from a multitude of influences, electro-rockers Stop Light Observations are looking to push the boundaries of their sound. The group showcases their equivalent mastery of pounding rock anthems and soft tear-jerkers all across their most recent album oRANGE.

10) push baby

Stunningly honest and specific in their lyrics, push baby’s music should come packaged with a box of tissues. Jake Roche and Charley Bagnall delicately established themselves with woah and solidified their presence with their debut album Wow, Big Legend. Don’t be surprised if you’ve heard them before– the group rebranded themselves after performing under the name Rixton for years.

11) Radio Fantasy

Building computerized melodies as often as they lean on their guitars, Radio Fantasy are taking the digital sound to a new level. Having strongly entered the scene on the back of their debut album Spaceship Fantasia, the only question for Radio Fantasy is “what’s next?”

12) No Suits

Dripping in swagger from head to toe, No Suits is the funk band you didn’t know you needed. Formed by childhood friends Max Pierro (lead vocal & songwriter) and Sajan Sangvhi, the group has cemented themselves in the past two years with the release of their debut and sophomore album, SEX and Fool’s Paradise. Consistently releasing music that improves every time, this group is out to catch eyes and relax minds.

13) Yes Please

What’s Updog? Oh nothing much, it's just this fantastic summer album…

Jokes aside, Yes Please are the perfect group to blast full volume on those inevitably long beach drives. Even if the traffic is at a standstill, your passengers won’t be able to stop moving in their seats.

14) Chris Crack

An unhinged Chicago rapper with the skills to back it up, Chris Crack draws your attention with his extraordinary titles and keeps it with his musical ability. Tracks like “Braided Booty Hair,” “Hoes at Trader Joe’s” and “Chipped My Tooth Eating Pussy” come off like they’re a joke, but sound as good as anything on the top rap charts. Not to be overlooked and sure to catch your attention, Chris Crack is set to showcase himself as one of the best in the business on his new album Growthfully Developed

15) Q

An incredibly difficult musician to find in search engines, Q Marsden (known musically by a capital Q) is so talented that he’s been making waves anyway. Q’s loving, delicate voice fits perfectly on top of smooth backtracks as he chronicles loves lived, lost and desired across his two albums, Forest Green and The Shave Experiment (Director’s Cut).

16) Yam Haus

Up-and-coming 4 piece Pop band Yam Haus have been creating ingenious dance jams since their inception in 2017. Possessing an interesting mix of authentic and technological instrumentation the group has opened for stars from Adam Lambert to Kacey Musgraves. Having just released their WHATEVER IT IS EP Yam Haus are keeping their upward trend consistent.

17) J. Hutton

Possessing a magnificent singing voice, it doesn’t matter if J. Hutton breaks it down over funky basslines or pushes that voice to its limit to tug at your heartstrings– you’ll surely stay and listen. Seeing himself as a person and musician rather than a brand, J. Hutton does all the artwork for his music and keeps his face and life private, but that doesn’t stop him from releasing new bangers invariably.

18) Joel Human

A quirked out white boy busting it down sexual style harder than anything i’ve ever seen before, Joel Human IS GOATED WITH THE SAUCE. With 5 singles under his belt since 2018, Joel Human should be on your playlists whether he’s your main bitch or just a side hoe. He doesn’t mind ;)

19) Scary Pockets

Led by Ryan Lerman and Jack Conte and featuring a rotating lineup of individually skilled musicians, Scary Pockets is a funk cover band that’ll rebrand your favorite song and make you rethink everything. Improving on charting sleepers like “Valerie” and “Thank U, Next,” (i said it, somebody had too) this group oozes quality and has been releasing 3+ albums per year since 2017.

20) Pistachio Gods

Oozing as much comedic intent as they do swagger and musical ability, Pistachio Gods are a spit-take worthy level pop duo. Consisting of Tachio, an electrical engineer, and Cashu, soon to practicing law, the duo emphasize making music for fun, and it shows on every track. Whether getting revenge on a “dumbass snake” on “Cactus Juice” or admonishing bad parents on “Leaving Babies in the Car” you can tell they’re having a great time.

21) U.G.L.Y.

An inventive rock group fronted by the beautifully abstract mind of Jack Petit, U.G.L.Y. are looking to take over the New England scene. Backed by the excellent musicianship of guitarist Marcus Simonini, bassist Jake Harris and drummer Jon Costa, Petit’s gifted imagination runs rampant across their debut album Goons Live Young

22) Couch

Incredibly skilled in technical musicianship for recent and upcoming college graduates, 7-piece neo-jazz group Couch wants you to sit back and relax. Kema Siegel’s voice perfectly suits the delicately smooth background instrumentals and simple, soothing lyrics across their self-titled debut EP and a handful of unattached singles.
