I don’t know about you, but I know that for myself, quarantine is a pretty lonely time. Sure, I’m with my parents, and sometimes I see my friends while wearing masks and staying apart. And yes, I have practically weekly zoom meetings with my friends to keep myself sane. But nonetheless, quarantine is a pretty lonely existence, and sometimes it can be nice to just lay down, stare at the ceiling, and give into the existential dread that I’m experiencing. I created this playlist as a way to share my boredom and loneliness with you and hope that you too can just take some time to stop ignoring the dread and just give into it a little bit. I find that lots of the time, letting my emotions exist and not invalidating them helps them heal over a lot quicker. This playlist hopefully can just help you sit back, relax, and feel what you need to feel. See you on the other side.
